What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung des Werkstattleiters bei der fachlichen und organisatorischen Steuerung des Werkstattbetriebs
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe sowie Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Planung und Steuerung von Service-, Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen im Innen- und Außendienst
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen sowie technische Beratung von Kunden
  • Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Spezialfahrzeugen und hydraulischen Aufbausystemen
  • Montage, Inbetriebnahme und technische Übergabe von Neufahrzeugen bzw. Neuanlagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen vor Ort und telefonisch
  • Schulung und Einweisung von Kunden sowie Bedienpersonal
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und Prüfung abgeschlossener Werkstattaufträge
  • Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeiterführung sowie Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen
  • Aktive Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Mitwirkung bei der Vermarktung von Serviceleistungen und Ersatzteilen
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren und weiteren organisatorischen Aufgaben der Niederlassung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Kfz-Mechatroniker, Nutzfahrzeugmechatroniker, Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker oder Industriemechaniker (w/m/d)
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Werkstattumfeld sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hydraulik, Elektrik und Mechanik
  • Kundenorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Serviceeinsätze mit Übernachtung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
