What are you going to do 

  • Prozessentwicklung & Prozessvalidierung: Sie übernehmen die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von Produktionsprozessen (ideal im regulierten Umfeld) und gewährleisten deren zuverlässige Ausführung.
  • Qualitätsmanagement & Fehlerbehebung: Bei Abweichungen unterstützen Sie aktiv bei CAPA-Maßnahmen, führen Root Cause Analysen durch und stellen eine nachhaltige Störungs- und Fehlerbehebung sicher.
  • NPI & Produktüberführung: Die Industrialisierung und die reibungslose Überführung neuer Produkte in die Serienfertigung liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Sie stimmen Produktanforderungen, Fertigungsprozesse sowie das erforderliche Equipment eng ab und begleiten Produkt- und Prozessänderungen sowie Qualifizierungen.
  • Stammdatenpflege: Sie erstellen und pflegen zuverlässig Manufacturing BOMs, Routings und alle weiteren produktionsrelevanten Stammdaten im PLM-System.
  • Continuous Improvement: Unter Anwendung von Lean Manufacturing und DFM (Design for Manufacturing) bringen Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse voran.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Manufacturing-, Produktions- oder Industrialization-Umfeld.
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Prozessentwicklung und Prozessvalidierung.
  • Erfahrung mit CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PLM-Systemen sowie Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit Laseranlagen bzw. laserbasierten Produktionsprozessen ist ein Plus.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
