What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Steuerung von Photovoltaikprojekten
  • Koordination der Projektbeteiligten von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Technische Bewertung und Auslegung von PV-Anlagen
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Netzbetreibern, Behörden und Fachplanern
  • Überwachung von Projektterminen, Budgets und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren
  • Begleitung von Genehmigungs- und Netzanschlussprozessen
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister, Lieferanten und Fachfirmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege projektbezogener Dokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Projektmanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker Elektrotechnik
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, beispielsweise durch Werkstudententätigkeiten, Praktika oder Abschlussarbeiten, oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich PV-Anlagen
  • Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und Photovoltaikprojekten
  • Technisches Verständnis für elektrische Energieversorgungssysteme
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
